Tasks:

1. As a team member in our in-house IT department, you will be responsible for the planning, installation, configuration and maintenance of pro-beam's IT infrastructure, in particular the administration of Microsoft 365, Azure and client systems.
2. You are always up to date with the latest technology and thus contribute to the continuous optimization of our IT infrastructure.
3. You are responsible for the further development of IT processes and the introduction of an ITSM tool.
4. You provide competent and service-oriented advice and support to our teams and provide second-level support.

Requirements:

1. You have completed a degree in computer science or training in the field of IT for system integration and have already gained professional experience in in-house IT operations.
2. You have initial experience as a project manager, process or service manager.
3. You are very proficient in the administration of Microsoft 365, Azure and client systems and also have knowledge of scripting, server, backup and configuration management.
4. Experience in network and IT security is desirable.
5. Very good communication skills, empathy and service orientation as well as an independent, structured way of working are a matter of course for you.
6. You speak very good German (at least B2 level) and have technical English skills.
