Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  2. Strong customer centricity with an ability to communicate with client contacts at all levels
  3. Experience with ServiceNow
  4. Previous operational Major Incident Management experience
  5. The ability to lead teams and drive activities in critical situations such as major outages
  6. Keeping all stakeholders (customer and internal) updated periodically through emails and phone calls as deemed necessary
  7. Ability to take decisions quickly while involving all the teams in the process
  8. Review RCA documents and help technology teams to rephrase them as per customer standards
  9. Ask the right questions at appropriate times
  10. Methodical approach with good attention to detail
  11. Analytical problem solving & metric reporting
  12. The ability to work under pressure

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: $31.77-$58.48 per hour
