Incident Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong customer centricity with an ability to communicate with client contacts at all levels
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Previous operational Major Incident Management experience
- The ability to lead teams and drive activities in critical situations such as major outages
- Keeping all stakeholders (customer and internal) updated periodically through emails and phone calls as deemed necessary
- Ability to take decisions quickly while involving all the teams in the process
- Review RCA documents and help technology teams to rephrase them as per customer standards
- Ask the right questions at appropriate times
- Methodical approach with good attention to detail
- Analytical problem solving & metric reporting
- The ability to work under pressure
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Pay: $31.77-$58.48 per hour
