The Saskatchewan Archaeological Society (SAS) is seeking two (2) post-secondary students to assist us in the delivery of archaeology services to communities throughout Saskatchewan. This includes providing archaeological educational programming as well as working with artifact collections. Applicants should have public speaking experience and be comfortable working with diverse audiences.
The deadline for applications is 4:00 pm Monday, March 31, 2025.
The SAS encourages candidates from the Government of Canada’s job equity groups (i.e., women, people of all abilities, Aboriginal people, and members of visible minorities) to self-identify. The SAS fosters a safe and welcoming environment for self-identification. READI (Reconciliation, Equity, Accessibility, Diversity and Inclusion) is one of our core pillars.
Although we appreciate all applications, only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
The successful candidate will be required to supply a current criminal record check.
To apply, please submit an online application through the Young Canada Works portal or submit a cover letter and resume to: General@TheSAS.ca.
