What you can expect from this role

  • Full Time with flexible weekday schedule (5,8's or 4,10's)
  • Full benefits with hospital contributions
  • Provides community resources and referrals
  • 30 and 60 minute therapy sessions

Qualifications

  • Education: Masters degree in social work.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Idaho.
  • Preferred experience with chronic illness, diabetes, medical background.
  • Experience with Motivational Interviewing, CBT, pain management, and brief therapy.
