Project Manager/Leader - Intermediate (Artificial Intelligence & Business Systems Analysis)

Position: Project Manager/Leader - Intermediate

Hybrid - 3 days on site and 2 remote

Duration: Long Term Contract

Must have's:

  • Artificial Intelligence: Strong knowledge and/or experience using AI tools for Business Analysis/Project Management.
  • Business Systems Analysis: Strong experience in business/systems analysis within software/product development.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides project management on large scale, high profile, and high risk projects for OPS I&IT initiatives.
  • Ensures project deliverables meet clients’ business requirements on time, within scope and budget, focusing on cost-effectiveness, efficiencies, and compliance with OPS project management methodologies and frameworks.

General Skills:

  • Project Management: Gathers requirements, creates detailed project schedules, monitors and forecasts project costs, and manages project schedules, deliverables, and scope.
  • Coordination and Communication: Coordinates project processes, develops guidelines, clarifies roles, resolves conflicts, and ensures knowledge sharing.
  • Risk Management: Identifies and mitigates risks, prioritizes issues, and recommends strategies to senior executives.
  • Conflict Resolution: Identifies and addresses conflicts between project and functional areas.
  • Client Relationship Management: Manages client expectations, provides updates, and resolves potential conflicts.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Participates in steering committees, provides reporting to senior executives, and promotes best practices for project management.
  • Technology Recommendations: Recommends software, hardware, and technology resources.

Selection Criteria:

  1. Presentation of a Project: Candidates prepare a presentation that includes a description of a project they personally managed, main project challenges and risks, and any use of AI functionality to expedite timelines or reduce risk and cost.
  2. Project and Team Management: Leads project teams to deliver high-quality products and services, resolves team impediments, identifies areas for improvement, and facilitates daily standups and sprint planning.
  3. Communication and Collaboration: Develops concise reports and presentation materials, collaborates with diverse teams, and manages client relationships.
  4. Business and System Analysis: Conducts reviews of business/system analysis to identify gaps in supporting software and product development, collaborates to prioritize the product backlog.
