Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bilingual (English & French)
- Systems knowledge of SAP and Service Now
The role is supporting a pilot program for increasing availability of spare parts for maintenance activities. Responsibilities include:
- Identifying, analyzing, and solving root causes of concierge ticket creations to reduce the overall number of ongoing tickets and improve user experience.
- Monitoring concierge queries.
- Determining the urgency of the concierge tickets.
- Ensuring that the tickets are classified correctly and routed to the appropriate resolver.
- Conducting RCA of delayed PR to PO processing.
- Identifying opportunities to increase efficiency in transactional processes.
- Predominantly an analytical function with potential for role evolution.
What experience, skills and qualifications are required:
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in transactional buying or procurement operations
- Proficiency with accounting software and systems for buying, with knowledge of relevant modules and functionalities
- Familiarity with sourcing and procurement processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions
- Good interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with local procurement regulations and practices
