ADP is hiring a NAS- Lead Payroll Implementation Specialist

ADP’s Implementation organization provides enterprise-level Payroll, HR, Time and Attendance, and Benefits Solutions to Major and national accounts. The Implementation Consultant (IC) is accountable for all aspects of assigned Payroll and Workforce Now (WFN) account setup, including analysis, configuration, validation, issue resolution, process training, initial live run(s) support, and turnover to Client Services. The IC works with medium to large-sized organizations, with no limit on the complexity or feature/functionality usage of the client. The role demands a solid foundation in project management given the size and complexity of the accounts assigned.

Responsibilities:

  1. Consult with clients on best practices as it relates to managing their requirements on ADP Solution.
  2. Demonstrate expansive knowledge of ADP solution and facilitate discussions between ADP and Client SME’s on interfaces/integration/customization related to payroll.
  3. Responsible for delivering a quality implementation based on ADP’s WFN implementation methodology.
  4. Analyze, configure, and facilitate requirements discussions with internal and external partners to properly set up the client’s WFN Solution.
  5. Support Training, Testing, and validation activities with the client and implementation team as a core aspect of unit, UAT, and PCT testing.
  6. Demonstrate a holistic understanding of ADP Solution and provide clients with high-level support and understanding of end-to-end data flow and interdependencies of core solutions (e.g., T&A, Benefits, GL, PTO, Interfaces, custom reports).
  7. Manage project risks and escalations to resolution.
  8. Provide timely follow-up and resolution of open project-related items.
  9. Meet project task milestones and due dates.
  10. Achieve positive customer satisfaction outcomes.
  11. Work collaboratively with clients, team members, internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired project results.
  12. Participate as SME on projects to facilitate rollout of new products, features, and process improvements.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

Education

  1. Post-secondary education or related business experience.
  2. PCP certification (an asset) or fundamental NPI courses.

Required:

  1. 3+ years of payroll experience or relative field.
  2. Excellent client management and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proven Leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example, mentor, coach, and act as a positive role model for Team members, while remaining approachable, objective, and resourceful.
  4. Advanced experience with computer software applications including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  5. Ability to collaborate & work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  6. Advanced experience of ADP’s Workforce Management solutions.
  7. Skilled in organizing, scheduling, and leading effective meetings.
  8. Adept at multitasking, probing, analyzing, and solving problems.
  9. Attention to detail with strong follow-through.
  10. Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

*Quebec candidates: While French is required for Quebec-based roles, use of the English language is also required due to the global nature of the business and the need to interact with ADP’s headquarters and international sites.
