You will act as a key player in our Human Resources and Project Management team to support the La Pocatière site.

As part of your position, you will be called upon to:

1. Create a complete SharePoint dedicated to the site with:
   1. A newcomers section
   2. A section for each department
2. Ask for each department their needs
3. Define a role and responsibilities management for access
4. Create groups to limit access on some sections
5. Add all relevant tools, KPIs, files
6. Add relevant dashboard to follow the day-to-day site life
7. Participate in the process of welcoming new employees
8. Support HR business partners on special projects
9. Monitor our performance indices

QUALIFICATIONS

As our ideal candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree student in IT with SharePoint skills
2. Ability to maintain confidentiality and act professionally
3. Be focused on action and results and teamwork
4. Have an eye for detail and possess very good communication skills
5. In-depth knowledge of IT tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP)
6. Bilingualism spoken and written in English and French
