Waiter

Under the supervision of the Maître d'Hôtel, the Server performs the following duties:

• Organize and supervise your row
• Take guest orders taking into account the tastes and desires of customers
• Invoice and collect bills
• Learn a menu and explain it
• Provide accurate and efficient work
• Master all presentation techniques
• Know how to "sell" the chef's specialties

Qualifications

We are looking for a punctual, autonomous and conscientious person with excellent customer service skills. You must be discreet while being fast and efficient.

• Good knowledge of Quebec cheeses
• Good knowledge of wines, cocktails, scotch and spirits
• Passionate about the restaurant business
• Enjoy working in a team
• Dynamic personality
• Excellent professional presentation
• Open-minded to learn new things
• Bilingual in French and English is required
• Knowledge of the Maitre D system is an asset
