Under the supervision of the Maître d'Hôtel, the Server performs the following duties:
Organize and supervise your row
Take guest orders taking into account the tastes and desires of customers
Invoice and collect bills
Learn a menu and explain it
Provide accurate and efficient work
Master all presentation techniques
Know how to "sell" the chef's specialties
Qualifications
We are looking for a punctual, autonomous and conscientious person with excellent customer service skills. You must be discreet while being fast and efficient.
Good knowledge of Quebec cheeses
Good knowledge of wines, cocktails, scotch and spirits
