About the Opportunity

As a Branch Manager, you will act as the driving force behind our team's success by overseeing and assisting in optimizing our operational processes to ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients. You will do this by overseeing day-to-day operations, work quality, staff accountability, company culture, engaging with customers, driving sales & collections efforts, and achieving GP targets.

• Develop and maintain work schedules, assign tasks to team members, and ensure projects are completed on time
• Utilize and demonstrate proficiency in company-specific software tools and platforms to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
• Provide leadership, direction, support, and accountability to all divisions of Peter Hughes Landscape
• Monitor ongoing expenditures to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints
• Develop, manage, and nurture new business accounts and partnerships to accomplish profit and revenue goals
• Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy and provide coaching/direction to mitigate hazards
• Ensure the branch’s financial goals are met
• Maintain satisfactory accounts receivable levels through the collections process

What You Bring to the Table

• Knowledge and experience in property maintenance or landscaping industries
• Motivated, self-driven, and detail-oriented while cultivating a fun and fast-paced environment
• Ability to deal with ambiguity in a high-stress environment. Present a professional, composed appearance
• Clean and professional appearance, punctual and dependable
• Ability to prioritize and multitask, problem solve, and analyze
• Industry-related Diploma/Degree from a recognized educational institution or High School diploma or GED with over 5 years experience in a related field and Supervisory experience required
