About Us:The Old English Bakery will be in the heart of downtown Gananoque. We will specialize in freshly baked pies, desserts, and other traditional baked goods. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm, welcoming environment for all our guests. We're excited to open our doors in May 2025 and are looking for skilled bakers to join our team.

Job Description:As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing delicious pies, desserts, and other baked goods while ensuring high quality and consistency. You’ll work alongside a team to maintain food safety standards and keep the kitchen organized.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare pies, desserts, and other baked goods, following recipes and maintaining consistency.
2. Ensure all food safety and cleanliness standards are met.
3. Work as part of the team to help with daily kitchen operations.

Hours: Flexible scheduling available for both full-time and part-time positions.

Experience: Experience making pies and desserts is preferred, but training will be provided to motivated candidates.

Opening: May 2025

Pay: Competitive, based on experience.
