You will be communicating with customers through inbound calls identifying customer needs through active listening to answer questions, assist with troubleshooting, or make product recommendations based on the customers' needs. Take payment, explain charges, and help customers to navigate self-serve.
All applicants must be currently residing in Alberta and able to work full time (40 hours per week) on SIN. You will work 8 to 9.5-hour shifts, 5 shifts per week. Your shifts will fall between the hours of 7 am and midnight Monday to Sunday.
All applicants must be fluent in both French and English, have a high school diploma or equivalent, have at least 6 months of customer service experience, and have your computer hard-wired to the internet
