Responsibilities:
Job Order Management & Planning: Plan and release production jobs, manage job order changes, track status, and ensure deadlines are met.
Production Oversight: Manage schedules, manpower, tools, and materials. Oversee job progress, ensure quality, and track efficiencies.
Inventory & Logistics: Coordinate material availability, monitor inventory, and ensure timely job completion.
Team Leadership: Conduct training, evaluate performance, lead production meetings, and address attendance or performance issues.
Health & Safety: Ensure workplace safety and compliance with plant rules.
Continuous Improvement: Participate in improvement projects and support initiatives.
Qualifications:
Experience in production planning and manufacturing supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
