We're excited to invite you to join our friendly Dealer Services Business Transformation Team as a Business Analyst! This role involves collaborating with our IT development teams to ensure customer needs are met while prioritizing and maximizing value.

What you'll be doing:

1. Analyzing system issues across Dealer Services and engaging IT teams to implement solutions.
2. Collaborating closely with Product Owners on projects, from inception to delivery.
3. Supporting release implementation, testing, and training on new features.
4. Balancing daily priorities such as project work, support requests, and managed processes.
5. Handling system escalations and working with IT and business stakeholders to provide efficient solutions.

Your background and skills:

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science/business administration or equivalent experience.
2. 1-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or within Dealer Services.
3. Familiarity with analysis methods (e.g., BABOK) and Agile SAFe Methodology.
4. Intermediate to advanced SQL knowledge is a plus.
5. Technical experience in Dealer Services systems is an advantage.
6. Project management experience for small to medium projects is preferred.
7. Finance/Insurance industry experience is a bonus.
8. Bilingual (French-English) skills are an asset; English proficiency is a must.
9. Advanced knowledge of Excel is required.
