The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is seeking an Aircraft Coordinator to join our Method Support team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).
The team is organized to promote autonomous cross-functional collaboration, with mutual support and collective learning.
Your role as a coordinator will be to coordinate the preparation, tracking, and communication of technical plans, resolve blockers, and ensure adherence to the schedule, while providing technical support to the teams and facilitating collaboration with various stakeholders.

Your challenges:
- Coordinate the preparation of the aircraft plan with all stakeholders in order to meet aircraft planning, follow-up and communicate this plan;
- Prioritize and harmonize the access of the different stakeholders to ensure plan adherence;
- Collect the roadblocks (RNC, BOI, issues, etc..) of each aircraft;
- Propose and facilitate roadblocks resolution, through exchanges with Operations teams;
- Categorize the roadblocks, in adequation with the current aircraft position, and the proposed resolution target date, in particular the RNC;
- Escalate blocking points if necessary, to the right people at the right moment;
- Identify the roadblocks of the implied process, and lead the improvements plans to solve them;
- Participate in the 'Passage Avion' milestones, or for Hangar perimeter prepare and lead FOT meetings;
- Contribute to E2EQG monthly analysis and actions follow-up;
- Coordinate Suppliers OSW recovery plans when spread on all the line;
- Coordinate VL/DL recovery plans when spread on all the line;
- Ensure first level shopfloor support to On-Site Suppliers.
Your boarding pass:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operation Management or Project Management, or a technical degree in aeronautic with an equivalent work experience;
- You have more than 10 years of experience of A220 manufacturing processes, including FTP and Interiors;
- You have a general knowledge of the main dependencies between work positions. You have a detailed knowledge of PMT, Logistics, RNC, Snags clients and Production processes;
- You are able to challenge the schedule and operations priorities;
- You have strong leadership, challenge mindset, but with willingness to coach the others functions;
- You are proficient in French (mandatory) and are comfortable in English (asset).
