What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s long-term vision and goals.
- Lead strategic projects, including system implementations and process improvements, to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, providing insights that drive business decisions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a complex financial environment.
- 3+ Years experience within an Automotive Manufacturing Environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
- Experience partnering and influencing Director and VP stakeholders.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience with financial software, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools.
