Supplemental Pay: Annual Incentive + Base Pay
Schedule: Global Flex

Relocation: Local Ancaster or Mississauga candidates preferred but will consider relocation
Travel: 25% Domestic. Some Global Possible

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company’s long-term vision and goals.
• Lead strategic projects, including system implementations and process improvements, to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Deliver accurate and timely financial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, providing insights that drive business decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a complex financial environment.
• 3+ Years experience within an Automotive Manufacturing Environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
• Experience partnering and influencing Director and VP stakeholders.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with financial software, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools.
