As an Optima customer support representative, we believe in human-centred, high-quality customer experiences. Using chats, phone calls and emails as working tools, you’ll be there to listen, support and problem solve for Optima customers.
We offer full time inbound customer service roles, with hours of operations traditionally between 8am and 8pm, from Monday to Saturday. We are currently seeking full-time candidates.
