Campus Administrator, Regional Human Capital (On-site)

Make an impact with our Regional Human Capital team as a Campus Recruitment Administrator. As a trusted advisor, you’ll implement and support strategies, programs and processes that attract, develop, train and retain our firm’s talent.

Responsibilities
  1. Effectively research, organize, host and participate in career fairs, campus recruitment events and MNP’s annual events to identify top talent.
  2. Take part in recruitment projects on campus in the Greater Vancouver Area and other regions in British Columbia.
  3. Independently manage complex campus recruitment projects as assigned including developing solutions, creating action plans and communications.
  4. Build, maintain and further develop partnerships and relationships with key influencers and stakeholders on campus.
  5. Manage logistics of talent attraction events including registration, materials, catering, communications, planning and engaging campus representatives.
  6. Act as an ambassador for the Firm, providing detailed information on career opportunities, Firm values, culture, business and total rewards.
  7. Prepare Campus presentations as required for MNP internal business, facilitate workgroups and meetings.
  8. Manage logistics for on-campus interview process, including liaising with co-op and employer representatives, and scheduling interviews.
  9. Attend relevant workshops, seminars and conferences and apply learning to the workplace.
Skills and Experience
  1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field.
  2. One (1) to two (2) years of relevant experience in human resources, event management, recruitment, or relationship building.
  3. Creative ability to develop new event ideas and campus recruitment initiatives.
  4. Project management skills with the ability to develop event ideas, create timelines and plans and execute with results.
  5. Excellent written business communication, with very strong organizational skillset required.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  7. Experience working in a Professional Services environment considered an asset.
  8. Valid driver's license – some travel is required.
