Job description

At Quantcast, we're redefining what's possible in digital advertising. As a global Demand Side Platform (DSP) powered by AI, we help marketers connect with the right audiences and deliver measurable results across the Open Web. Our foundation is built on cutting-edge measurement and consumer analytics, giving our clients the tools they need to drive success in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

Since our start in 2006, we've pioneered industry firsts—from launching the original measurement platform for digital publishers to introducing the first AI-driven DSP. If you're ready to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team that thrives on creating transformative solutions, Quantcast is the perfect place to grow your career.

This role is pivotal at driving market intelligence to shape Quantcast’s product roadmap and deliver impactful solutions. You’ll partner with product management to identify key problems, define product-market fit, and craft product positioning aligned with Quantcast’s brand. By collaborating across teams, you’ll design sellable, market-ready solutions anchored in Quantcast’s competitive edge. Acting as a strategic partner to North American commercial teams, you’ll ensure insights inform priorities and drive results. If you’re passionate about building, leading, and thriving in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear what motivates you and inspires your work every day.

Responsibilities:
  • Vision & Collaboration: Drive the vision for Product Marketing by working closely with Product Management, Commercial Teams, Business Development, and the Global Head of Product Marketing to align strategies and goals.
  • Market Analysis & Intelligence: Lead market research, customer feedback collection, and competitor analysis to validate hypotheses, identify trends, and inform the product roadmap. Anticipate ad tech trends to position the company for success.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategies: Develop and execute GTM plans, including creating Lean Canvas models, TAM analysis, pricing/packaging strategies, launch decks, and product positioning/value propositions. Equip sales teams with the materials, knowledge, and confidence needed to effectively take products to market.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Build and maintain customer/external roadmaps tailored to different segments. Establish a formal program to regularly engage customers and gather feedback to refine strategies and drive commercialization opportunities.
  • Competitive Positioning: Create resources such as battlecards, competitor grids, and positioning maps to differentiate products in a competitive landscape.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure clear, compelling product positioning. Work with engineering and commercialization teams to prioritize work based on revenue opportunities, business focus, and resources.
  • Technology & Tools: Leverage marketing tools and software, including analytics platforms, automation tools, and CRM systems, to streamline workflows, enhance decision-making, and maximize efficiency across all aspects of the role.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage multiple programs with varying priorities and deadlines. Simplify complex topics and ecosystems to create actionable strategies. Embrace agile methodologies and adapt quickly to new challenges.
Requirements:
  • MS or MBA preferred
  • 3+ years in product marketing, product strategy or product management
  • 5-8+ years in ad-tech, media, or marketing industry
  • Technically savvy, with experience in and deep understanding of the programmatic ad tech industry as well as ad-measurement
  • Robust leadership experience and proven track record of developing, implementing, and maintaining a repeatable GTM process
  • Management experience, interested in hiring and coaching new team members
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct market segmentation, user interviews, and focus groups to draw reliable conclusions.
  • Expertise in managing competing priorities and simplifying complex systems.
  • Proven ability to develop and prioritize product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
