This position reports to

Finance Manager

Your role and responsibilities

• You will participate in monthly close procedures and support result analysis.
• You will prepare analysis key metrics and organize performance reviews with operational business partners (productivity, cost, margin, cash improvement).
• You will review balance sheet positions; evaluate risk exposure (aging) and implement actions plans to mitigate the risks (inventory E&O; AR overdue; AP aging; Fixed assets CIP aging).
• You will support costing and production variance analysis.
• You will be supporting the financial planning process (analyzing actual and variances, budgeting and forecasting).
• You will support Operations and collaborate with various departments to drive strategic initiatives to enhance the overall financial performance of the Factory.
• You will implement and execute internal control processes in line with Group requirements, ensuring internal control processes are covering business risks effectively.

Qualifications for the role

• Master Degree in Finance or Accounting or Bachelor with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance, and/or Costing & Analysis background.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Previous ERP experience is a plus (SAP highly desirable).
• Costing experience is a plus.
• Advanced Excel, PowerBI is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
