The Bilingual Bank Client Services Administrator delivers customer service to internal and external customers and processes financial and non-financial requests. The position may be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction with company products and services through the timely and accurate processing of transactions as well as for identifying and facilitating correction of processing and related service delivery issues.

Position Responsibilities:

Individual Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver timely service, address inquiries, and ensure transaction accuracy and policy compliance.
  2. Analyze trends, define errors, and recommend workflow and system enhancements.
  3. Work with teams to meet quality standards, assist in training new employees, and support management in resolving complex issues.
  4. Support clients and business areas, process transactions, and resolve paperwork issues.
  5. Develop product knowledge proactively and contribute to projects, audits, and company initiatives.

Shared Responsibilities:

  1. Develop relationships with associates to understand the organization.
  2. Engage with business associates to address daily customer inquiries.
  3. Review and improve policies and procedures as needed.
  4. Assist other departments during high volumes.
  5. Actively support colleagues in resolving issues.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  2. Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  3. 2-4 years previous industry or customer-centric service experience preferred
  4. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  5. Demonstrated passion for providing customer-centric solutions
  6. Knowledge of geography-specific financial, securities, and tax regulations
  7. Fully bilingual (French/English): The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.

Salary range is expected to be between: $41,925.00 CAD - $69,875.00 CAD
