Associate Dean
The University of Saskatchewan College of Nursing is seeking a highly collaborative, strategic, and inclusive leader to serve as the Associate Dean, Academic (Associate Dean). This position reports to the Dean and works collaboratively with other Associate Deans and members of the Dean’s Executive to provide leadership for the development and implementation of a comprehensive, integrated academic plan for the College.
The Associate Dean is responsible for oversight and direction of the College, building strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to expand the impact and visibility of the College and to promote teaching and learning. This role functions in a highly demanding environment that requires foresight to balance a multitude of needs, demands, and strategies, constant vigilance for issues and challenges, and prioritization of limited resources.

The position includes a salary and stipend. Salary bands for this position are: Associate Professor: $128,131 to $148,939 and Professor: $148,939 to $173,215.
