Early childhood educator (ECE) assistant bilingual

Job Responsibilities

• Engage children in activities by telling stories, teaching songs, and preparing crafts.
• Help the Educator or supervisor keep required records.
• Assist the Educator in carrying out programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
• Guide and help children develop good eating, dressing, and toileting habits.
• Serve snacks and lunch to children and arrange classrooms for the next activity.
• Submit written observations on the children to the educator in charge of the class or the supervisor.
• Carry out any other center task requested by the ECE educator or supervisor.

Language Requirement: French is a must.

Education

• Secondary school Diploma

Certificate

• First aid and CPR certificate

Salary: $19 – $21.00 per hour (Negotiable) / 35 to 40 hours per week.
