We are seeking a fully bilingual (French and English) professional to join one of our technical teams in Sherbrooke, Quebec. We would like to develop this individual into a Project Manager to help support our Quebec market. This will be a remote position with local mentorship.

• Work collaboratively with one of our technical teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions to complex challenges.
• Support client communication in both French and English, ensuring clarity and understanding of project goals and deliverables.
• Assist project managers with planning, coordination, and execution of multidisciplinary projects.
• Perform analysis, prepare technical reports, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions for client projects.
• Gain hands-on experience with budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement to transition into a project management role.
• Work closely with other engineers, designers, and consultants to deliver integrated solutions.

We are accepting applications from candidates with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s level Engineering degree in Structural, Mechanical, Environmental or Aerospace.
• Demonstrated knowledge of technical area of interest.
• Enthusiasm for engaging with clients.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
• Notable work ethic.
• Ability to problem solve considering a variety of factors.
