What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives
Manage projects to configure ARIEL plan parameters and test calculation results
Oversee the implementation and configuration of software solutions according to client needs
Conduct system testing and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure successful implementation
Document processes, configurations, and system changes for future reference
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
Associate level - Minimum 5 years experience in software implementation, configuration, testing, and support in Pension Administration/Benefits/HR/payroll industry
Consultant level - Minimum 8 years experience in software implementation, configuration, testing, and support in Pension Administration/Benefits/HR/payroll industry
Experience in using Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working with Excel and Access VBA
Bilingualism would be considered an asset
