ABOUT YOU:

We are seeking an eCommerce Analyst to join our growing eCommerce Optimization and contribute to their Conversion Optimization, A/B Experimentation, and Web Analytics work. This role will support the decision-making process and provide insights through data aggregation and analysis related to eCommerce. You will interpret results from multiple sources using a variety of techniques and tools, ranging from data aggregation to advanced statistical methods and interpretation. You will build reports, offer insights, develop tracking, and bring recommendations to the team to allow for key business decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in test design and interpret results from multiple sources using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation to advanced statistical & predictive methods such as multi-variate regression, A/B testing, qualitative analytics, and more.
• Collaborate with analytics, product, UX, and technical teams to utilize robust tracking and optimization strategies using tools like GA4, Optimizely, PowerBI, Looker, and Google Tag Manager to help inform A/B Test decision making.
• Provide Big Query support to enable SQL based analysis of GA4 Data.
• Understand and report behavioral data and analytics from multiple digital platforms including email marketing and social media tools.
• Interpret eCommerce funnel data into actionable insights that can be used to improve conversions.
• Develop and maintain advanced reporting dashboards, document learnings from A/B tests and key product milestones and deliver actionable insights to both operational teams and executive management.
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities. Troubleshoot tracking issues and make recommendations to improve strategy, depth, and feature set within our ecommerce data collection.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• BS in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• Proven 5+ years of working experience as a business/data analyst.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, PowerBI, and A/B Testing Tools such as Optimizely.
• Experience building SQL in Big Query to Analyze GA4 Data.
• Documented education related to business analytics, statistics, digital tools, eCommerce.
• Certifications are an added plus.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:

• Employ excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to communicate and collaborate with team members, organizational leaders, clients, and vendors effectively and tactfully.
• Work autonomously and proactively with minimal supervision, balancing multiple assignments and priorities.
• Robust analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Expert in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other online marketing analytics tools.
• Expert in A/B Testing analyses.
• Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or another agile project tracking system.
• Knowledge of statistics and experience using simple statistical models.
• Passion to learn and work with multiple data sources to perform complex analyses.
• Natural curiosity and motivation to dig into the details.

Language Skills:

• English proficiency (reading, writing, verbal), required Mathematical Skills.
