Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Plant Manager with a strong background in manufacturing operations and plant management. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of industry experience, with a proven track record of optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and driving cost reductions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage plant operations to meet production targets, cost objectives, and quality standards.
  2. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, and automation.
  3. Oversee safety, compliance, and regulatory adherence to ensure a secure working environment.
  4. Manage cross-functional coordination between procurement, manufacturing, quality, technical services, and service centers.
  5. Effectively manage budgets to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  6. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  7. Maintain strong customer relationships, representing the company with current and prospective clients.
  8. Handle customer complaints efficiently, ensuring swift resolution and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. 15+ years in manufacturing, with significant experience in plant management and operations leadership.
  2. Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and automation implementation.
  3. Proficiency in ERP systems, with experience in Epicor ERP preferred.
  4. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  5. Membership in relevant industry associations is an advantage.
