Position Overview:

From breathtaking animations, immersive worlds, cutting-edge visual effects to engaging narratives, amazing visual storytelling are created every day with Autodesk's Media and Entertainment solutions. Over four decades we’ve worked together with our customers to transform how things are made. Today, our solutions span countless industries, empowering innovators everywhere to combine technologies in new ways, unleash talent, and unlock insights to make the new possible. Join us and be part of a dynamic, best-in-class team of campaign development managers that helps innovators in the Media & Entertainment (M&E) industry bring, discover, and adopt the right technology solutions to craft breathtaking visual experiences for all. With a strong emphasis on acquisition marketing and campaign development strategy, you will work closely with a cross-functional team of product and audience marketers and report directly into the Senior Manager of Campaign Development (M&E).

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data to inform go-to-market approach and campaign investment vs. divestment opportunities.
  • Create briefs for audience-centric, outcome-based acquisition campaigns that resonate with our target audiences. Establish campaign objectives and KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets.
  • Drive the development of campaign creative assets by collaborating with external and internal agencies end-to-end, from campaign briefing to providing guidance on consolidated feedback, and securing approvals.
  • Lead the collaboration with Audience Marketing to design and produce campaign landing pages for all acquisition campaigns, optimizing for KPIs such as CRO and lead submissions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of platform best practices (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Display, etc.) and the optimal customer digital journey from ad views to landing page interactions -- use this knowledge to guide the campaign development process.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including budget management, legal approvals, SOW & PO management, raising internal Trackr tickets, etc.
  • Build strong and trusting relationships across Industry & Portfolio Marketing (IPM) and Global Demand & Media Center (GD&MC), proactively managing stakeholders to keep them engaged and well-informed on M&E’s marketing plans.
  • Inform media mix and paid campaign investment decisions by analyzing past campaign performance and ROI, measure and monitor campaign performance to uncover insights, gaps, and opportunities and establish an ongoing feedback and optimization loop to continuously refine and optimize strategies across all functions.
  • Stay updated on the latest M&E trends and best practices in digital marketing to continuously challenge the status quo and keep M&E’s campaign strategy smart and innovative.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • You have strong project management skills, the ability to define and prioritize while working cross-functionally, building stakeholder relationships.
  • You have proven experience in evaluating creative assets, with a keen eye for what works and is on-brief.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and guide creative teams to achieve high-quality outcomes.
  • You have strong analytical capabilities, the ability to analyze campaign performance and media planning data and identify optimization opportunities.
  • You are a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves to collaborate while being able to independently bring projects to completion.
  • You are deeply invested in your campaign’s ability to deliver ROI and the overall success of the team’s goal to achieve revenue targets.
  • You possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for crafting stories and being proactive in communicating project updates and risks.
  • You are a self-starter, naturally curious, and have an innovative mindset with a test-and-learn approach.
  • You have 5-7 years of experience working in marketing or marketing-related functions.
  • Brief writing and working with agencies/copywriters.
  • Digital campaign management and organic social strategy (LinkedIn).
  • Adept at using Adobe Analytics or PowerBI dashboard.
  • Working with tech products, SaaS and/or cloud technology a plus.
