Client: MNC in Mega building, Land reclamation & LTA/MRT Projects
Location: Central, East Area
Salary: Negotiable Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.
Staff Benefits: Start off with 17 days annual leave ++, Year-End Bonus + VB.

Minimum Experience: You must have a minimum of 5 years of Singapore Construction project experience.

Requirements:

1. Open to Singaporeans & Spore Permanent Residents. Strictly NO Quota for any Sponsorship.
2. Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by Singapore PE Board.
3. At least 8 years’ experience in building and construction projects.
4. Conversant with local codes and authority submission procedures.
5. Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work.
• Liaise with Professional Engineer on the Temporary works.
• Liaise with consultants (QPS) for technical issues and coordinate the site activities with subcontractors.
• Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project quality & safety plan, control and coordinate site works with the operations team as well as contractors.
• Establish and implement controls to ensure that works are carried out safely according to the works programme and produce short term works plans.
• Check construction drawings and highlight discrepancies.
• Ensure that all corrective action or preventive action is implemented effectively, and quality records are properly maintained.
• Monitor and control progress to make sure that turnover and cost is in line with master construction program.
• Ensure material submission & approval, ordering and delivery are according to agreed schedules.
