Join us as an Education Specialist with Canada Retirement's National Education Team, where our mission is to engage plan members and encourage their active participation in group retirement programs. In partnership with plan sponsors, we develop a variety of educational and communication materials that drive member engagement and informed decision-making.
Reporting to the Manager of Member Education, you will be responsible for developing and delivering impactful education campaigns that enhance member engagement and grow assets within group retirement plans.
In this role, you'll consult and collaborate with multiple internal teams to create high-impact educational offerings for plan members. With a strong customer service orientation, you'll support our Sales and Client Relations teams throughout the presale process, implementation, and ongoing delivery of tailored education materials.

Salary range is expected to be between: $58,275.00 CAD - $97,125.00 CAD
