Strategic Account Manager @ New Value Solutions

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking an IT Project Manager for an (ERP) System Replacement Project. This individual will collaborate closely with vendor-side Project Managers to support the organization through this significant technological change.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the existing ERP Replacement project plan for each of the project phases.
2. Regular (weekly) team meetings with City staff, consultants, and project sponsors to monitor progress.
3. Workshop/session planning and scheduling as needed.
4. Change, Decision, Risk, and Issue management.
5. Manage communications and documentation in Microsoft Teams and associated SharePoint Site.
6. Communications with the project team, impacted staff, and management.

Requirements:

1. At least 4 years of IT project management experience including a proven track record successfully leading ERP replacement projects.
2. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
3. Experience with project management tools; Microsoft Project and Planner are preferred.
4. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
5. Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online.
6. Experience with Microsoft 365 tools is preferred.
7. Experience working in a local government environment is preferred.
8. Experience and/or certification with Change Management is preferred.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Strong workshop facilitation and interviewing skills.
11. Implementation Planning.
