Working alongside other Customer Care specialists, you will oversee the customer journey, supporting colleagues within the on and offshore delivery teams.
We are looking for someone with excellent technical knowledge of occupational DC pensions. Experience of working on multi-employer schemes would be ideal but not essential. You will act as a point of escalation for complex or high-priority cases, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolution.
Ensuring the team remains compliant with the FCA and Trustee approach to vulnerable members, you will make certain that casework is handled efficiently and expediently, delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
