What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure safe and efficient operation of plant equipment and facilities
2. Develop and implement a robust preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and corporate Zero Harm policies
4. Manage procurement, inventory, and budget control for spare parts and maintenance supplies
5. Monitor and optimize utility use to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs
