What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure safe and efficient operation of plant equipment and facilities
- Develop and implement a robust preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and corporate Zero Harm policies
- Manage procurement, inventory, and budget control for spare parts and maintenance supplies
- Monitor and optimize utility use to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards
- Experience in managing maintenance budgets and inventory control
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team to meet operational needs
