  6. Wherever possible, conduct functional tests and ensure their readability (clear, succinct, and using common business jargon) as well as tests must be maintainable (built with reusable domain specific testing language components).
  7. Have working knowledge in Automation frameworks, developing, designing and executing test automation scripts (Selenium, API Tools (Postman), testNG, any one of behaviour driven development (BDD) or Test driven development (TDD) frameworks like Karate and Cucumber).
  8. Have thorough experience with data extraction, transformations and conversion testing.
  9. Produce dashboards and reports for sprints or code releases.
  10. Analyze industry best practices to recommend improvements to methodology, test environments and workflow to promote an efficient and cost-effective UAT process.
  11. Collaborate actively with the development team, Product Owners, and B/As.
  12. Embed with development teams and infuse quality in every phase of the software development lifecycle by providing continuous feedback from the QA standpoint regarding standards, user experience, possible performance issues, and future bugs.
  13. Participate in product design and requirements analysis, work with the team during project planning to accurately estimate work (data creation, test cases/acceptance test design, test execution, automation framework design/improvements, scripting tasks, setup environments, etc.) and scope release deliverables (prioritizing defects and bugs).
  14. Lead end user focused testing activities and inform how the product needs to be evolved.
  15. Create and execute acceptance criteria based on requirements, assessing the usefulness of test cases and adjusting the approach where required.
  16. Troubleshoot when problems arise and contribute to their resolution in a hands-on manner when necessary.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have:
