Our client is seeking an Intermediate, Bilingual (En / FR) Change Management Professional (5+ years) to support change projects and create change adoption plans for agile initiatives in the financial services industry (Remote).

Responsibilities

1. The consultant will support change projects as the sole change management consultant or in partnership with another change management consultant.
2. Makes decisions related to the day-to-day execution of approved change adoption plans on behalf of the product or initiative sponsor; with considerable discretion to proactively identify and take action to manage barriers.
3. Makes decisions regarding application of the tools to achieve the product or initiative outcomes.

Must Have

1. 5+ years as a Change Manager or OCM
2. Transformational change projects and / or large scale projects with significant change
3. Certified in one or more of the following: Prosci, Experienced Practitioner Program, ACMP (Certified Change Management Professional Program)
