Regional Sales Manager - Material Handling

Brandt is currently seeking a Sales Manager for our Material Handling division. This position is responsible for sales growth and profitability of the Material Handling wholegoods department.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Achieve asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets, including but not limited to new and used Material Handling Wholegood inventory.
2. Provide for the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goals.
3. Management and development of all employees in the Material Handling Sales Department with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers, and employees.
4. Achieve market share goals as agreed for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the company.
5. Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
6. Assist in the management of Branch account receivables in conjunction with the VP of Credit and VP of Operations.
7. Other duties as assigned.
