We kindly request your attention to our tight assessment schedule. Initial screening of applications will take place during the week of March 18, and selected candidates will be contacted for interviews scheduled between March 26 – April 5. As this is an ongoing inventory, applications will be pulled from the inventory regularly to meet immediate needs. We will update the job poster for the next pull of applications.
An inventory is a selection process that can be used by various hiring managers to meet their current and future needs. As a result, you will apply only once to be considered for Teacher Aide opportunities.
CANDIDATES WHO HAVE BEEN ASSESSED WITHIN THE PAST 6 MONTHS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED UNTIL THE 6 MONTH PERIOD HAS ELAPSED. WE ENCOURAGE ALL INDIVIDUALS TO APPLY, BUT PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS TIMEFRAME IF YOU HAVE RECENTLY UNDERGONE ASSESSMENT WITH US.
IF YOU HAVE BEEN ASSESSED AND HAVE QUALIFIED IN THE POOL, YOU DO NOT NEED TO RE-APPLY FOR THE NEXT PULL OF APPLICATIONS.
Your application in this inventory will be active for 120 days. A notice that your application is about to expire will be posted to the My Jobs Menu of your account 20 days before the end of your active period. It is important that you monitor your e-mail and resubmit your application when prompted, or your application will be removed from the inventory.
Once your application has been successfully submitted to the inventory, your status may be: "Date of disclosure of results: Listed in the inventory". This automatically generated message by the system means that your application can be considered. You will be informed in the event that your application is considered as part of a process generated from this inventory.
Simply update them in the "Personal Information" section, in the "My Job File" menu of your account. This will allow us to have your current contact information and ensure adequate follow-up in the event that your application is considered as part of a process issued from this inventory.
You can choose to update your application when you resubmit it to the inventory, or anytime that something changes that will impact your application.
