5. Banking experience
6. 8+ years of experience on Java/J2EE based applications design, development, and deployment
7. Experience with microservices
8. Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Data/JPA
9. Strong understanding of OOP concepts and Java fundamentals
10. Strong programming fundamentals and best practices
11. Knowledge of various design patterns
12. Well-versed with Agile scrum execution using tools like JIRA
13. Exposure to latest tools, trends, and technologies
