Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative (Remote) - Job#9682

Want to make an impact? Our awesome client is on the lookout for a rockstar Insurance Customer Service Representative, Personal Lines, to join their super cool team. If you're all about giving customers your undivided attention and aligning their needs with quick assessments, this is your chance to shine!

You'll be working independently, but with a team that’s got your back, helping clients breeze through the insurance process. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in a traditional insurance brokerage setting and who knows how to make every client feel like a priority. If you're great at understanding unique needs and offering the perfect solutions that leave clients feeling confident and secure, we want to hear from you!

Key Accountabilities

  1. Provide friendly and professional service to each client in a timely manner
  2. Respond to all incoming calls and emails for an assigned book of business
  3. Manage all aspects of an assigned book of business as a productive team member
  4. Review and process policy renewals, endorsements, and follow-ups accurately through company-established workflows
  5. Ensure renewals have adequate coverage to include quoting and remarketing as necessary
  6. Meet assigned retention targets with the team

Key Qualifications/Attributes

  1. Must require a RIBO License for all interactions with clients
  2. Minimum 5+ years experience with personal lines service in an Insurance Brokerage
  3. Conscientious with a strong attention to detail and high level of organization and accuracy
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  5. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow up on uncompleted tasks in a timely manner
  6. Self-starter and collaborative team player
  7. Able to work in a “paperless” environment
  8. Working knowledge of Company portals to include Aviva, Travelers, Wawanesa, SGI, etc.
  9. Experience working with SIGXP and CompuQuote
  10. Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
