Responsabilités :

  • Manage a portfolio of clients to retain and grow the relationships.
  • Evaluate client’s personal and investment needs and create an investment policy statement, asset allocation, investment portfolio, and financial plans.
  • Implement client strategies through the management of investment portfolios and the ongoing evaluation of performance according to each client’s investment policy statement.
  • Drive new sales results through referrals and personal network.
  • Work collaboratively in the branch and with regional teams to identify and make referrals.
  • Support the achievement of business development, revenue, referral, retention, and compliance targets.
  • Manage less complex relationships and asset sizes.
  • Apply investment management expertise to communicate and implement investment strategies to client’s personal and financial situation.
  • Support the execution of strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment between stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track performance, and address any issues.
  • Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
  • Manage and continually enhance the client experience through strong relationship management.
  • Perform sales and service support activities to meet client needs and maintain overall service levels.
  • Identify new business opportunities and acquire referrals from existing book of business.
  • Implement business development strategies to acquire new business.
  • Follow through on the risk and compliance processes and policies to ensure we safeguard our customers’ assets, maintain their privacy, act in their best interests, and ensure an effectively run function.
  • Protect the Bank's assets and comply with all regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements.
  • Identify and recommend ways to enhance the client experience.
  • Focus is primarily on business/group within BMO; may have broader, enterprise-wide focus.
  • Exercise judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
  • Work independently on a range of complex tasks, which may include unique situations.
  • Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation preferred.
  • Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or Chartered Investment Manager (CIM).
  • Registered Investment Counsellor (IC) and / or Portfolio Management (PM) in the jurisdiction where operating.
  • This requires CFA and 1-year of Relevant Investment Management Experience (RIME) or CIM and 4 years of RIME.
  • In-depth experience in discretionary money management for High Net Worth Individuals (HNW).
  • In-depth business development experience with successful track record.
  • Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.

Salaire :

$54 500,00 - $101 500,00
