Brand Momentum is looking for Brand Ambassadors/Promo Models in Hamilton for our client! Brand Momentum is bringing an unforgettable, carnival-themed experience to McMaster University! We're creating brand love through fun engagement, and we need enthusiastic individuals to help make this activation a success.
Event Details:
Job Title: Brand Ambassador - Carnival Activation
Date: Tuesday, April 8th
Time: 5:30 PM - 11:30 PM (6 hours total including setup, activation, and cleanup)
Location: Outdoors at McMaster University, Hamilton, ON
Requirements:
Previous Brand Ambassador experience is an asset.
Must be a GEN-Z individual who fits well with the student demographic.
Outstanding communication skills with an outgoing and engaging personality.
Quick thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Friendly, approachable, and able to spark conversations with ease.
Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs.
Must be available for virtual training on Friday, March 28th from 1 PM - 2 PM (paid training).
Key Responsibilities:
Product Sampling: Distribute samples of our product/service to students in high-traffic areas around campus, such as the student union, dormitories, and popular hangout spots.
Brand Representation: Act as the face of the brand, ensuring that all interactions are positive and align with the company's image and values.
Engagement: Initiate conversations with students, answer any questions they may have, and provide information about the product/service.
Event Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute creative sampling events that generate buzz and excitement.
Data Collection: Gather feedback from students about their experience with the product/service and report back to the marketing team.
Social Media Promotion: Encourage students to share their experiences on social media and actively participate in online brand campaigns.
Logistics Management: Ensure that all materials and samples are well-organized, and that events run smoothly.
Qualifications:
Outgoing Personality: Comfortable approaching and engaging with people in a variety of settings.
Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and come up with unique ways to present the product/service.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate the brand message clearly.
Reliability: Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with Campus: Knowledge of the campus layout and student culture is a plus.
Social Media Savvy: Understanding of social media platforms and trends.
Working Conditions:
This role requires walking, standing, and moving around campus for extended periods.
The position may involve working outdoors in various weather conditions.
