Overview :

The E-Commerce Manager will oversee the management and continuous improvement of the company’s E-Commerce platform, aiming to enhance the online customer experience. This role involves leading the E-Commerce department while ensuring the platform remains stable, reliable, and aligned with the company’s business strategy. This person will collaborate closely with internal teams across various departments to ensure the website supports business objectives and delivers an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Lead E-Commerce strategy and collaborate with internal teams to support business growth
  2. Manage SEO, ensuring optimal online activity and site usability
  3. Oversee the ongoing development and maintenance of a Product Information System (PIM)
  4. Manage user experience on the site, including content, navigation, and promotional campaigns
  5. Monitor competitor online activity and market trends
  6. Use customer data and web analytics to drive improvements in acquisition and retention
  7. Develop metrics to measure website performance
  8. Collaborate with external development teams to ensure platform investments align with business goals
  9. Work with internal teams to improve operational efficiencies
  10. Lead content management process and maintain documentation
  11. Stay updated on E-Commerce industry best practices

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or related field preferred
  2. 3-5 years in a B2B E-Commerce role, including people management experience
  3. Experience in mobile app development, website accessibility, and mobile optimization
  4. Expertise in Product Information Management (PIM) and B2B wholesale distribution
  5. Experience with ERP Systems and site integrations
  6. SQL knowledge, automation and AI knowledge preferred
  7. Strong change management and communication skills

Compensation Package :

  1. Salary range is 110K-120K +20% bonus
  2. Hybrid structure
