Job Description: The Inventory Specialist is a vital part of the AJ Tickets Team. Your primary focus will be to ensure that all inventory is accounted for and accurately entered and maintained. This is a full-time position and schedules may vary.

Responsibilities:

1. Importing large amounts of inventory into POS with precision and exactness.
2. Maintain spreadsheets in Excel and Google for accurate reporting between departments.
3. Monitor inbound emails for purchases to be added to POS efficiently and correctly.
4. Communicate through Whatsapp and Slack with other departments to address concerns/issues with ticket inventory.
5. Manage multiple processing systems and point of sale systems to ensure expedited fulfillment.

Requirements:

1. Responsible and trustworthy with micro attention to detail.
2. Weekends required after training.
3. Highly organized with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
4. Desire to complete all tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
5. Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook) & Google Docs.

Pay: $42,500.00 - $45,000.00 per year
