  • As the eCommerce Digital Coordinator, you are detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple tasks at once. You have a background in business, marketing, or eCommerce, and you’re comfortable working with data to help improve online sales. Your communication skills allow you to work well with different teams, and you’re eager to learn new tools and technologies that can boost our digital efforts.

Overview:
Reporting to the Senior eCommerce Web Lead, the eCommerce Digital Coordinator will help drive our online sales by developing and executing strategies that improve our digital presence. You’ll oversee product listings, refresh website content, collaborate with the Marketing team, coordinate closely with Buyers (the merchandising team), and the IT/Business Intelligence team, to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your role also involves analyzing important data, such as website traffic and sales conversions, to help us make informed decisions and continually improve our online performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to increase online sales and revenue.
  • Manage and optimize product listings and content, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and IT, to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve business goals.
  • Analyze and report on key ecommerce metrics, such as traffic, conversion rates, and average order value, to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and optimize performance.
  • Support eCommerce projects, such as website updates and post-launch evaluation/QA.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, such as vendors and agencies, to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

  • University/College degree in Business, with a focus on Marketing or eCommerce.
  • Marketing eCommerce related work experience preferred, with strength in analytics.
  • Multi-tasking, strong organizational skills, attention to detail.
  • English proficiency.
  • Excel, Word, Power BI, Google analytics, etc.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic Google Analytics Understanding or willingness to learn.
  • Basic to intermediate image editing skills (Photoshop).
  • Basic HTML/CSS web development skills or willingness to learn.
