Job Summary:

The Bilingual Ecommerce Administrator is responsible for creating, improving, maintaining, and migrating eCommerce stores. The incumbent will assist on multiple projects to address B2B, B2C, and other organizational objectives.

Primary Duties:

  1. Maintain administrative support for existing ecommerce client stores and manage help desk tickets.
  2. Construct customer catalogs and products.
  3. Upload and program finished photos for online representations of products.
  4. Construct and maintain customer user logins, passwords, allotments, and points.
  5. Verify and analyze any issues that may arise.
  6. Maintain and upload employee weekly SFTP files.
  7. Plan and coordinate the merging of platforms.
  8. Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

Completion of a vocational, technical, or business school diploma in a field related to electronic commerce, website content development, or internet and mobile services. Experience in eCommerce, website design, interactive media development, data administration, or information systems analysis of a minimum of 1 year.

  • Self-control – maintaining composure, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger, and avoiding aggressive behavior even in difficult situations.
  • Advanced computer knowledge in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, Access, Publisher, Photoshop, Filezilla, Blue Cherry, SQL database administration, WebX, and Adobe Creative Suite.
