What you will do:
The eCommerce Account Manager will lead and manage key emerging online accounts that are critical to PUR’s growth in the US, Canada, and Global Markets. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with eCommerce partners, driving account strategies, and expanding PUR's online presence. You will oversee sales growth, ensure profitability, maintain brand integrity, and enhance site visibility while driving market share across multiple platforms. The role requires a strategic mindset to execute online sales strategies, analyze performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and organize all account-related data, using analytics to identify trends and consumer behaviors.
  2. Leverage insights to make informed business decisions and recommendations.
  3. Develop and nurture strong relationships with eCommerce partners to drive engagement and growth opportunities.
  4. Lead strategic discussions to expand PUR’s presence across all online accounts.
  5. Identify, qualify, and secure new online accounts to expand revenue streams globally.
  6. Drive targeted strategies for growth and market share expansion.
  7. Ensure optimal stock levels by aligning consumer demand forecasts with supply chain processes.
  8. Provide input on forecasting to maintain consistent product availability in line with growth projections.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional plans and budgets that drive incremental revenue.
  10. Execute campaigns that align with overall business strategies.
  11. Regularly audit and manage PUR’s online presence, ensuring all retail accounts maintain consistent pricing, descriptions, images, and brand messaging.
  12. Ensure best-in-class site experience across all platforms.
  13. Partner with sales and brick-and-mortar teams to synchronize strategies across online and physical retail channels.
  14. Align efforts to ensure unified execution of brand initiatives.
  15. Lead growth strategies for online partners, working closely with the direct team to optimize performance.
  16. Identify and capitalize on new opportunities, such as promotions, product launches, and bundle offerings, to drive incremental growth.
  17. Ensure financial accuracy by carefully reviewing and validating eCommerce invoices and transactions.
  18. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  1. At least 4 years of experience in eCommerce account management, category management, or a related role.
  2. Proven ability to manage projects independently and collaboratively.
  3. Experience managing account P&L and driving revenue growth.
  4. Strong forecasting and inventory management skills.
  5. Expertise in planning and executing promotional campaigns in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
  6. Strong project management and presentation skills.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  8. Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  9. Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  10. Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strategic mindset.
