What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Plan and execute projects in accordance with Corporate Policy, managing day-to-day project management activities
Define project objectives and develop delivery models, including procurement and contracting strategies
Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates and schedules, monitoring progress against established timelines
Lead project organization, assign work activities, and supervise subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and perform sales calls to generate business
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience
A minimum of 8 years of project management experience in the nuclear power plant industry or related construction projects
Proven experience in project development and planning, managing projects of low risk and complexity
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and analytical skills
Client Security Clearance will be required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
P. Eng and Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred
Experience in an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environment
Familiarity with Project Management Processes, including Project Controls and Contract Management
