The Opportunity

What You’ll Do

• Empower clients: Provide inclusive, affirming, and evidence-based psychotherapy to children and youth, adults, couples, and/or families, supporting them in their healing and personal growth.
• Foster connection and collaboration: Be part of a team that values meaningful relationships, shared insights, and a commitment to equity and social justice in therapeutic practice.
• Thrive in a supportive environment: Work in a practice that honours autonomy, clinical excellence, and integrity while offering flexible in-person and virtual services to meet clients where they are.

• Licensed therapist: Registered and in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), or College of Psychologists of Ontario (CPO).
• Experience providing therapy services using affirming, evidence-based, and client-centred approaches that align with social work values of equity, inclusion, and social justice.
• A strong commitment to building meaningful connections and supporting clients in their healing and personal growth while honouring their unique experiences and strengths.
• The ability to work effectively within a team that values integrity, professional excellence, and mutual support.
• The ability to independently navigate virtual platforms to ensure accessible and flexible client care.
