What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain Policy Enforcement Tools
  2. Implement features for tracking test cases, logging requests, and identifying sensitive information in DLP measures
  3. Ensure compliance with business standards, industry regulations, and organizational security requirements
  4. Work with synthetic data to rigorously test security controls
  5. Optimize performance and scalability of the security tools

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  2. Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity
  3. Familiarity with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) concepts and tools related to asset protection
  4. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  5. Experience with Data Patterns/Data mining within common data repositories (SQL, MSSQL Server, Mongo, etc.)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience working in an Agile development environment
  2. Familiarity with access controls (role and attribute-based)
