The Territory Account Manager is the key liaison between WEG Marathon and its customers, representing Marathon Industrial motors business.
This position ‘owns’ a defined list of accounts, and is responsible for the day to day activities, revenue growth, and profitability with these accounts. The Account Manager works with these accounts to identify prospective new business, develops relationships, and provides technical and commercial solutions, while exceeding both top line revenue and profitability targets. Other customer activities will include implementing account plans, performing training, and introducing new products and solutions.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the Account Manager provides real-time feedback regarding projects, forecasting, opportunities updates, competitive threats, and other market intelligence. Tactical and strategic discussions involving pricing and channel are part of the day-to-day activities. The Account Manager has dotted line responsibilities to the other business leaders.
